2.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information

Approve deliverables in a reasonable time frame

Use our services only for lawful purposes

Refrain from unauthorized access, abuse, or misuse of our tools or platforms

Misuse or breach of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of access.

3.PAYMENT TERMS:

- All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated

- A 50% deposit is required to initiate most projects

- Remaining balances are due upon delivery or milestone completion

- Late payments may result in delays or service suspension

TopInjaz reserves the right to pause work or withhold access until dues are cleared.

4.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All content, visuals, code, and systems developed by

TopInjaz Digital Solutions

remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or claim ownership of our materials without prior consent.

5.CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION:

We handle all data in accordance with the

UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)

. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where legally required.

We implement security measures to safeguard sensitive business and customer data.

6.REFUND POLICY:

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work closely with clients to resolve any service-related concerns.

7.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TopInjaz Digital Solutions shall not be held liable for any:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Third-party system failures (e.g., hosting providers, APIs)

- Loss of profits or data resulting from service use or inability to use our services

8.TERMINATION:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without notice if:

- You violate these Terms

- Payment is overdue

- You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

9.GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts, particularly those within the Emirate of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed.

TopInjaz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
